My community discord is the central hub for opportunities and visibility pertaining to Individual Private Commissions I may offer.

GENERAL

■ Commercial projects such as book covers or 2D game assets are priced differently. Email me directly to inquire. [email protected]
■ I do not keep a waitlist, however, I do prioritize slotting in folks that support me monthly with the Bona Fide Peep tier on Ko-fi or Nitro-boost the discord.
■ Provided references should include any specifics you want in the piece. I will take liberties and I may simplify some more intricate details to fit scope/style of the commission.
■ I will not accept commission proposals that are derogatory or hateful in any way. I also reserve the right to turn down any commission inquiries without providing reason.

PAYMENT

■ Payments are taken via Paypal Invoice and in USD.
■ For commissions under $100, I require payment in full, upfront. For all other commissions, I require 50% of the payment upfront, and the final payment upon delivery of finished project.
■ All invoices are due within 5 business days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices for the first payment past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling the commission associated to it. Clients will not receive delivery of the final project files until final payment Invoice is paid.
■ A full refund may be requested if I haven't started your project. I offer partial refunds once a project is started, however, the % of refund is at my discretion and based on how much time has already been put into the project.

DEADLINES & TURNAROUND

Hard deadlines are reserved for contract work. Any individual commissions I take will fill around those hard deadlines. Progress and scheduling of these individual commissions will be tracked for your visibility in the commissions channel of my discord.

REVISIONS

Allotment for revisions will be outlined within individual commission openings. Generally, minor revisions such as color adjustments are well within scope of all commission types. Revisions outside of scope may incur additional fees.

ARTIST RIGHTS

For all individual commissions, I reserve the right to post the artwork to any social media platforms, include it in a print anthology/artbook, or include it in my professional portfolio. If you wish for me not to publicize your commission, please let me know in our correspondence. I will honor that request.
